We were formed in 1995 toprovide a high quality installationservice in automatic securityproducts for the industrial andcommercial sectors.

QUALITY INSTALLATION

All our automation products areconstructed to ISO 9001 and wefollow full procedures to enable us toCE mark the equipment oncompletion of the installation. This is a thorough process whichtakes into account factors relating todesign, safety, manufacture,installation procedure, ongoingmaintenance and record keeping. It also ensures that the installationcomplies with the factories act and all EU directives for automatic gatesand doors.

SITE SURVEY

All projects commence with a sitesurvey to discuss with our client theirfull requirement and expectations ofwhat they would like to achieve. We can also assist with the designand specification of projects ifrequired. This is the beginning of the“CE” marking process which ensuresthat the customer is fully aware of allthe products available to meet hisrequirements. It will also include theappropriate safety devices required toensure the equipment is compliantwith the relevant UK and EU regulations.

HEALTH & SAFETY

We have been awarded theSAFEcontractor accreditationfor business by the Health and Safetydivision of the National BritanniaGroup, and as such you may be restassured in the knowledge that theinstallation and operation of yourequipment is second to none.Our procedures mean that safetysystems and devices are always fittedto automatic equipment.As part of our fully inclusive servicewe automatically conduct a riskassessment on the safe operation ofall the equipment we install, and westrongly recommend that customerscarry out a risk assessment on thesafe operation of their equipment. Wewould be more than happy to provideany information or guidance to helpwith the risk assessment.

PLANNING & DESIGN

Detailed drawings can be producedusing our computer aided designsoftware. We also supply drawingsfor our customers who would like todo their own groundwork and offerhelp and guidance wherever we can.If required, we would visit the site freeof charge to discuss in detail anypreparation work you wish to undertake.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

As part of our commitment to quality,all our installations and productscarry a 12 month, on-site, fullyinclusive, parts and labour guarantee.After the first year we offer servicecontracts on the equipment we installand also on other manufacturersinstallations. So even if you are having problemswith your existing automationproducts, a call to our technicalsupport team will be able to offer youfree phone advice.

AUTOMATIC BARRIERSFast and functional electro-mechanical barriers designed to controlrapid vehicle access where there is intensive vehicle activity such asin car parks and residential areas.

THE SB80 RANGE

� A barrier giving the longer boom when standard barriers are to a maximumlength of six metres

� The boom is supported by forked arms to the barrier pedestal givinggreater stability for the longer boom. Also fitted with a hydraulic damperwhich reduces the pressure on the 8m boom as it comes down into thehorizontal position

� The barrier can have a bottom skirt fitted so long as the boom does notexceed 7 metres

THE ECO RANGE

� The Eco is a range of electromechanical barriers that areideal for car parks withentrances from 3 metres to 6metres wide

� A built in flashing light is justone of the many additionalsafety features and of course itis equipped with a manualrelease in the event of powerfailure

� The Eco barriers first classmechanical systems with itsventilated motor has been triedand proven for many years,making it ideal for intensiveduty areas with large volumesof traffic such as toll roads andmulti storey car parks

TRAFFIC LIGHTSWe offer a number of traffic light services from systemdesign and full installation to service and maintenance.Alternatively, if your requirements are for a system puttogether which you can install yourself, then we can builda supply only system

We are able to offer you a free site survey, or, if yourproject is at the design stage, we can offer you a freeconsultation and put together a suitable specification

Various light sizes and voltages are available, from astandard bulb to LED clusters and voltages from 12/24volt DC to 110v and 240v AC

We supply or install a full range of vehicle detectionsystems such as microwave detectors, induction loops,or simple photocells. Alternatively, you can use a timeror manual switch to control traffic lights

The speed sign features a built in radar detector and hasprogrammable variable speed settings

TRAFFIC LIGHTS

Most largercomputerised systemsuse a controller whichcan operate multipletraffic lights, use severaldetectors and have asoftware programmepurposely written. Thiscan be done following aconsultation to createyour specification

PEDESTRIAN CROSSINGPedestrian crossing systems includepush button unit with red manstanding and green man walkingcontrolled by our smart controllerwhich allows us to adjust the crossingtimes. Ideal for factory walk wayswhere the pedestrian has to cross abusy road within the factory and theycan be interfaced with automatictraffic barriers in areas where fork lifttrucks operate and the footpathcrosses the working area

Warning traffic lightscan also be suppliedand fitted, these areusually controlled bya standard on/offswitch or may beinterfaced withmachinery thatrequires a warningto be given once itcommences aspecific processcycle

We also supply portable site controltraffic lights including generators andpower trailers to go with these units forcontrolling traffic flow on building sitesor road works etc. These can becontrolled by a radio fob or processorcontrolled with detectors incorporatedon top of the lights

Easy to operate counterbalanced barrier tocontrol vehicle access. Extruded aluminiumboom arm up to nine metres in length with fittedhandle and receiving post with locking facility.Posts are finished in epoxy powder coating, theboom is of aluminium construction

SWING BARRIER

A range of barriers constructed in boxsection steel or tubular steel depending oncustomer requirements. Telescopic barrierversions also available. A cost effectivesolution to close off entrances and exitswhere there is sufficient room to allow thebarrier to swing through 180o. Heightrestriction posts can be used to preventlorries or vans gaining access intorestricted areas

ANTI RAM RAID SLIDING GATE

Roller shutters and swing gated secure compounds can be protected from ram raidingby the addition of a high security manual sliding gate. The sliding gate is constructedfrom thick walled RHS box section with the frame of the gate and the receiver postsecured to a solid concrete pad. The gate locks into the closed position between twosteel posts and cannot be lifted or opened without first unlocking the high securitylocks fitted to the posts. The gate is so light that it does not require automation and canbe secured quickly and easily

CROCODILE TEETH

One-way directional flow plates with a speed ramp designcutting down speed of approach with 5 magnetically activatedrotational spikes creating a strong deterrent against travellingin the wrong direction

FENCING PRODUCTS� Fencing comes in many

different styles depending onthe type of areas that requiresecuring

� Finish of the fencing is normallygalvanised but may be powdercoated to any colour

� Steel posts are concreted intothe ground to give a sturdy andsecure fixing to the fencepanels

� Palisade is a rigid, secure fencestyle with a splayed top todiscourage would be intrudersfrom scaling. Often used inindustrial environments due to itsstrength and durability

� Bar infill is a standardrigid fence style for thelower level boundarysecurity, such asprotection of publicareas and parks
