•Provide excellent healthcare for the underinsured/uninsured of Cheboygan

•Improve the safety, quality, affordability and accessibility of health care to the community

•Promote health and wellness by educating our patients

•Maintain a schedule to provide competent volunteers

•Remain economically viable on an on-going basis

•Establish a relationship in the community with primary, secondary, and tertiary based healthcare
