Her theaterwork is also following the Forum Theaterand Legislative Theater according to Augusto Boal and the PlayBackTheater according to Jonathan Fox and Jo Salas.

Louise Friis (DK)
Fully trained at the Stockholm Ballet Academy,as well at the University of Dance in Stockholm, her today’s profession as a choreographer gave her ability to intuitively introducenew, and often exceptional, choreographies toa wide audience. She is the cofounder andcreative director of the Lulu Art Group, as wellas the official choreographer and producer formany other groups. As a professional dancer,she worked alongside many prestigious choreographers.

Artistic Director of the theatre companyC&T/University of Worcester/United KingdomHe blends applied theatre and digital media seamlessly together. C&T creates collaborative online drama projects for schools, colleges anduniversities. Working predominantly throughpracticedbased research, Paul’s interests reflectthose of C&T, exploring the synergies that canbe built between drama, performance and digital technologies and the potential for learningand developing what can be achieved throughthis work in an age of increasing globalisation.His work embraces process drama, social media,augmented reality, theatre for development, documentary drama and psychogeography.

After the entrance of your application, you’ll receive a registration confirmation and further information on the congress. You’ll also receive a bill for the congress costs of € 265,with the request to transfer it to our account. The applicationisn’t official until we fully received your congress costs!
Board and lodging are to be payed directly on the day of yourarrival at Retzhof Castle!
CONTENT:
This time, the upcoming 19th international congress will takeupon the task of procuring support to the participating pedagogues, as well as the social and youthworkers by helpingto find answers to questions in the fields of theater education,and to provide solutions to challenges that normally arisearound their everyday pedagogical work. It will use the modelof „peers”, embedded in a dramatical and theatrical context,that focusses on the ever growing influence of the „socialmedia”.In our workshops, we’ll try to provide answers to the ever growing question if our work in the fields of education is still attractive enough to grab the attention, as well as the interest,of today’s youth. Or wether we left the domain of their interests in other people’s hands.
The congress is under the sponsorship of AITA/IATA, as wellas under the aegis of OEBV Theater and IDEA Austria. It targets pedagogues of all types of school, drama and theaterpedagogues, social workers, social pedagogues, kindergartenteachers and pedagogues in the fields of leisure education.
The lectures and workshops will be held in English.
In the case of not achieving the quorum of participants, theorganizers have the right to fully cancel the congress inorder to protect the organization from financial losses.In case of there still being free places, close call participantscan be accepted. In case of a cancellation after the application’s deadline,any costs that have arisen for the organiser to this pointwill be cleared aliquot. We will accept compensatory applicants.In case of a cancellation, every congress costs that we havereceived to this point will be transferred back.
