The Australian Securities Property Fund (ASPF) is designed to offer investors an alternative investment option to the Australian Securities Income Fund.

The ASPF is an unlisted property fund where investors have an opportunity to own real estate.

Australian Securities Limited (ASL) is the Responsible Entity and Custodian appointed to manage the Fund on behalf of its Members. ASL has an 85 year history in property related financial services and has been the manager of the Australian Securities Income Fund since 1999.

Features of the ASPF:

• The Fund invests in quality properties predominantly within 150km radius of the Melbourne CBD• Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Residential market sectors• Medium to long term hold (usually five to seven year investment period)• Net rental distributions monthly in arrears• Potential for future capital gain benefits at end of investment period • $50,000 minimum investment ($35,000 Financial Advisor clients)• No withdrawals during the investment term• Not a pooled fund - Investor funds are allocated specifically to an individual Property Sub-scheme• Independent valuations instructed by ASL
