Sponsorship GuideThe Australasian Menopause Society (AMS) is committed to clinical excellence by providing current evidence-based information about menopause and women’s mid-life health to health professionals and consumers. The 20th Congress of the AMS will be a landmark event and is being built around the theme of “Menopause – Riding the Wave”. It will attract delegates from across Australia and New Zealand who want to stay on track with accurate, evidence-based research and practice. The Congress will provide an excellent opportunity for your organization to showcase its products, technology and information related to the menopause and all aspects of women’s health, including general medicine. With strong emphasis on delegate participation and networking, the Congress will provide a unique opportunity for your organization to be associated with an important regional scientific event.For many leaders and decision-makers in women’s healthcare, the AMS Congress has become a ‘must-attend’ annual forum. The majority of delegates will be Australian and New Zealand General Practitioners who are interested and working in all aspect of women’s mid-life health. It means that information related to cardiovascular disease, mental health, osteoporosis, cancer, diabetes and all areas of preventative medicine are also covered.Based on attendances at previous meetings, more than 200 delegates are expected to register for the Perth Congress. Delegates will include General Practitioners, Gynaecologists and Obstetricians, Endocrinologists, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Cardiac Specialists and others.A high end marketing campaign will be rolled out to attract a diverse group of delegates from all sectors within the health industry. This will allow sponsors and exhibitors to showcase their products and or services to a larger group of individuals than you may normally be exposed to. Early confirmation will ensure the highest level of exposure. An intensive promotional campaign including direct mail, advertisement and web exposure will be implemented in the lead up to the Congress and opportunity exists for your company to be represented as a key supporter. About AMSThe aim of the AMS is the advancement of knowledge about the menopause. AMS members are mostly doctors and other health care professionals taking a special interest in women’s health in midlife and menopause and the promotion of healthy aging. The ProgramThe AMS 2016 Scientific Program Committee has developed an outstanding program over three days and will feature international and local experts speaking on topics related to meeting or theme of “Riding the Wave”.The main program from Friday 18 – 20 November 2016 will feature a range of sessions incorporating plenaries, debates, free papers and discussion on:

The very popular Pre-Congress Update and Workshop is to be on the morning of Friday 18 November 2016 before the main Congress. This special program will focus on Menopause essentials:

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing, mailed or faxed and must be signed by the person whose signature appears on this form (or their nominee).
