PARTICIPANT FEE

There will be a cost recovery fee of A$1,200 per participant. This fee is being used towards group transportation costs in Canada (e.g. shuttle bus hire to/from site visits in British Columbia, return airfare between Vancouver-Victoria), and some incidentals (e.g. group dinner or lunch). This fee does not include transportation to/from airports upon arrival/departure and does not include any individual travel undertaken (e.g. taxis to/from meetings, etc.). Although the occasional group meal may be covered through the participation fee, all other meals are at the participant’s expense.
