If you are travelling to Australia for Business purposes, then you WILL NEED an Australian short stay Business visa.

What are the Business Visa Conditions? Firstly. It is highly recommended that you apply at least 2-3 weeks before you travel as not all eta visas are issued immediately. NOT TRANSFERRABLE ETA Visas (eVisas) are NOT transferrable. THESE ETA VISAS ARE ELECTRONIC Please NOTE that these are electronic visas attached TO your current passport and that they are valid for 12 months from issue date. (Australian Time) and you can only stay for UP TO 3 months per visit. Each visa is valid for 12 months from date of issue and allows you to stay in Australia for Up To 3 months per visit. Multiple entries permitted on each eta visa within the 12 months.



There is NO visa stamp in your passport. You cannot apply for an ETA Holiday Visa while you are in Australia. This Australia Holiday Visa is VALID for 12 months FROM issue date and you can only stay for UP TO 3 months per visit. You can enter Australia multiple times within the 12 months your Australian Holiday Visa is valid without having to apply for another visa. You must not work... You must not earn any income from any company within Australia. You may earn money from companies IF you are paid outside of Australia. You must hold an ETA-eligible passport from one of the approved eta visa countries (see list below). You must only intend to use this Holiday Visa to visit Australia for tourism purposes. You must be in good health. You cannot have any major disease such as AIDS, Hepatitus, Heart conditions or other such illness at time of travel. You must not have a criminal convictions, for which the sentence or sentences (whether served or not) are for a total period of 12 months duration or more In Jail, at the time of travel to Australia. NO STAMP:



No evidence (stamp or a label in a passport) of the ETA is given, as ETA information is electronically stored and accessible by airline and border protection agencies. NOT TRANSFERRABLE ETA Visa is applicable to your CURRENT PASSPORT ONLY. If this passport is lost or expires and is replaced, you MUST RE-APPLY FOR A NEW ETA VISA. The Australian Government reserves the right to suspend or terminate any visa or other without notice. Passport Conditions To apply for an ETA Visa, your passport should have at least 6 months validity from the date you plan to arrive in Australia. If you have less than 3 months on your passport when you arrive in Australia, you may* be returned back to your country of origin (or ongoing destination). Please check your passport expiry date before you apply... Thx Some airlines will NOT let you travel with them if your passport has less than 6 months until it expires on the day that you travel. Please ensure that your passport has at least 6 months validity on the day that you are travelling. Most airlines are OK if you have less than 6 months so long as you are only staying less than 2 weeks at the destination country.
