Buddhism is one of the few religions with-

out a god or supernatural being. Buddhism is

one of the unique religions out of the top five

because they don’t believe in a god. Buddhists

believe in the enlightened one. They believe that

the enlightened one will save them from suffering. The religion Buddhism was one located in Ne-

pal, but quickly spread across the world. Since the number of believers has increased, it has caused

the religion to spread. The spiritual encounter that the Buddha had was the cause of the founding

of the religion. The spiritual encounter was caused because he was trying to find truth. So, Bud-

dhist may not believe in a god, but they are still committed to their religion.

Buddhists do not believe in a god, but the enlightened one. Essentially, Buddhists believe

that other people call on a god just out of fear and also frustration. Also, Buddhists believe in the

enlightened one. They believe that the enlightened one will save them from suffering and pain.

Buddhists are expected to meditate and to praise the Buddha. They meditate in their homes or

they go to a place called the Buddhist Temple. So it is clears to see that Buddhists do not have to

believe in god in order to be a religion.

Buddhism is an open religion you can pray and meditate with yourself and others. The best

place to start is that Buddhist worship at a place called the Buddhist Temple. The Buddhist Temple

is a place where they go pray and worship by themselves. Likewise, Buddhists do not have a

preacher or any type of religious leader. They meditate and pray to the Buddha on their own. A

holy day that is important to Buddhist is the Buddha’s birthday. It happens once every year on a

full moon. Thus, Buddhism is a religion that someone can do freely.

Siddrahartha Gautama,

the enlightened one, better

known as the Buddha.

The religion Buddhism was once located in Nepal,

but quickly spread across the world. An interesting fact is

that Buddhism was founded in Nepal. Nepal has the highest number of Buddhists. Ne-

pal is a country of rich geography and culture. The mountainous north contains eight of

the world’s ten highest mountains, including Mount Everest. The physical layout in

which Buddhism was founded is very diverse. Today Buddhism has spread to almost all

over the world, with the population of Buddhists estimating to be around 1.2 to 1.6 billion

believers. Some of the main countries are Asia, India, and China. Truly, Buddhism not

only has a vast religion, but also great locations.

The spiritual encounter that the Buddha had brought about the founding of Bud-

dhism. This can be clearly seen first of all when the founder of this religion is Siddrahar-

tha Gautama, he goes by the Buddha. He founded this religion over 2,500 years ago. The

Buddha left his wife and son to go travel the country to try to find enlightenment. He was

gone for six years and did not find anything. So he mediated under a tree for seven

weeks. He vowed to stay there until he found truth. He found enlightenment while medi-

tating and went around telling people about it. Then the Buddha died, he asked Dalai

Lama to take over. The Buddha asked Dalai Lama to follow in his footsteps and continue

to inform people about his enlightenment. So overall, the formation of Buddhism was

caused by Buddha.

Therefore, Buddhism is one of the most unique religions out of the top five because

Buddhist do not believe in a god. Buddhism was founded in a very diverse area. The area

was very mountainous. Buddhism is a very open religion. Buddhist does not have a reli-

gious leader, so they pray freely. Buddhists do not believe in a god, but they believe in the

enlightened one. They believe the enlightened one will keep them from suffering. Bud-

dhism is does not believe in a god, but they are still a religion.

Did you know that Judaism is one of the

oldest religions in the world? Judaism is one of

the most important religions because other re-

ligions took origins from it. Jews not only think

of Judaism as a religion, but a lifestyle. The Jew-

ish tradition and religion sets the tone for all the

other religions. The history of Judaism has im-

pacted the world. Even though Judaism is the oldest religion, millions of people still follow

that religion today. Furthermore, the layout of the religion is spread heavily around the world.

In the widespread of this religion, it also comes with many believers. Therefore, Judaism is

important in many ways. The history of it affects people all over the world, Jews think of their

religion as a lifestyle, and the layout of the religion is spread around the world.

Jews not only think of Judaism as a religion but a lifestyle. The Jews have 10 command-

ments they follow. They also take the holidays and events very seriously. Abraham founded

this religion. The religious leaders are Moses, Rabbi, and Jesus. They came up with the 10

commandments. Judaism was founded around 2000 B.C.E. The religion was founded a while

ago, but there were other things that led to the founded of Judaism. Essentially, Abraham was

the first person who has ever thought that there was just only one god. Moses led the Jews

out of Egypt and into the Desert for 40 days. Then, Moses led the Jews into Israel. In total, Ju-

daism is more than a religion, but a way of life.

The layout of this religion is spread heavily around the world. It is important to note

that the physical layout of this region is spread around the world. The Jewish people were led

to the desert so that they can be cleansed of all the toxins in their body. There are 14 million

believers around the world today. The believers are now located in Israel, Europe, and the

United States.

During the formation the Jewish people lived in Israel. Jews were slaves in Egypt before

they were led to Israel. Thus, the Jewish community is not only located in Israel where it

was originated, but across the world.

Although the geographic layout for the religion has been spread around the world,

nothing has changed about its practices. To begin with, Jewish people have a specific place

called the Synagogues. They also worship on a Saturday. Jews worship from the Hebrew

bible. They also follow the law of Torah and the Sabbath. Jews are only allowed to eat cer-

tain kosher foods. They eat Kosher on holidays. The holiday the Jews celebrate is called

Passover. Passover is a holy day they celebrate the enslavement of the Egyptians. In Short,

the practices they used to study are still in use today.

It is their beliefs that make the Jews different among other cultures. First of all, the

Jews believe in one God. Jews believe humans were created by God. The role of the individ-

ual has expectations to go by the rules. They must go by the 10 commandments, and also

they go more by action than beliefs. The Jews study from the Hebrew bible. Cleary, Jews

have a rather different way of seeing things.

As we have stated before, Judaism one of the most important religions. First Jews not

only think as Judaism as a religion but a lifestyle. Their commitment is very strong. Sec-

ondly, the layout of that religion is spread heavily throughout the world. Lastly, although

the geographic layout of this religion has changed, the practices and beliefs are still the

same. Their beliefs and practices are what make them unique among other cultures. So, Ju-

daism has had a big impact on the world.

pregnated the Virgin Mary with God’s son Jesus. When Jesus was in his early thirties, he taught lessons

and Spoke the word of god to people around him. When he claimed to be the son of God, he was put in

name has been changed to Palestine. Currently, there are 2.5 billion followers. That is a population of

about 1/3 of the world. The believers lived in Jerusalem when the religion first started. But now, they are

all over the world. For example, they live in America and Palestine. To conclude, there are 2.5 billion fol-

lowers worldwide, but mostly in America and Palestine.

Christians have certain beliefs and practices that set them aside from other religions. For exam-

ple, the role of god -or Jesus- is for him to be their provider. Some key beliefs in this religion is that Je-

sus is Gods son, Jesus died for our sins, and he rose after three days of his death. Christians are expected

to do to church and receive the word of god. They also need to have a conversation with god, by pray-

ing to him. Christians believe in one god and one god only. The relationship between the believers and

god is a good one. To Christians, god is like a father, or their savior. In short, Christians beliefs and set

them aside from other religion.

The religion Christianity also has practices that make them very committed to their religion. First

and foremost, Christians worship in a church. When they go to church, they receive the word of god

from the religious leaders. The religious leaders are preachers, pastors, and priests. The religion leaders

help to guide the believers on the right religious path. When a believer needs prayer, the leaders are

able to be there for them. Christians pray to conversation with god, or they maybe ask for forgiveness.

When Christians pray to god and ask for forgiveness, they have to repent for their sins. When they re-

pent for their sins, they will be forgiven. Also, some special days that Christians celebrate, are Christmas
