Dear PACURH Committee, It is my pleasure to recommend Austin, who I have supervised as president as the advisor of Residential Student Association, for president of the year. Austin has demonstrated incredible effort and growth throughout the year and brought much needed energy and enthusiasm to not only his position, but the organization as well. He has that combination of a positive attitude and the idea that he can always improve, and more importantly, learn. I highly recommend Austin for being nominated as President of the Year. The first adjective I would use to describe Austin would be vivacious. Not only towards his position, but also towards RSA, and above all towards the individuals he tries to reach and assist. Austin is the type of president that puts other’s needs before his own, and loves to challenge himself and his board. His leadership style lends to creating a dynamic and cohesive board that seems ready to follow him anywhere. He has also learned to take direction not only from those advising him, but also from his peers. The RSA advisor position has been constantly shifting, and Austin has rolled with the punches and tried to learn from all individuals involved. As I was getting familiar with the advisor position Austin was a valuable asset who helped to keep RSA functioning properly. Austin is a dependable, trustworthy, good-humored student and friend who supports others in and out of the organization. He was a pleasure to advise, and his positive attitude and belief in him and others is an immensely admirable asset. I'm confident that he will continue to demonstrate the same diligence, perseverance, and optimism that he showed his peers and myself. I highly recommend Austin for President of the Year. Dear PACURH Committee,

It is my pleasure to recommend Austin, who I have supervised as president as the advisor of Residential Student Association, for president of the year.
