Schedule Activity
Day 1 Pre-assessment meeting
Day 2 - 5 • Opening ceremony
• Interviews with key members of governing board or its
equivalent, key management staff, Deans, Administrative
Department Heads, Programme Chairs, faculty members,
supporting staff, students, alumni and employers
• Site tour (teaching facilities, laboratories, research centres,
libraries, general facilities etc.)
• Document review
• Clarification meetings
• Discussions and report preparation by assessment panel
Day 6 • Presentation of Preliminary Findings
• Closing ceremony
• Post-assessment debrief

Stakeholders’ Interviews
• Interviews with stakeholders include key members of the governing board, key
management staff, administrative heads, committees, support staff, students,
alumni and employers
• True representation of the population
• Size of each interview session between 10 and 20 interviewees
• Each interviewee is not allowed to be represented in more than one
stakeholder’s interview session
• No voice and video recording of the session is not allowed
• No staff member is allowed at interviews with students, alumni and employers.
• A listing of the interviewees with basic information (see table below) about the
interviewees must be provided to the assessors at least two week before the site
assessment.
