This workshop will provide students with an overview of UC TAG program eligibility requirements. In addition, students will begin completing their Transfer Admission Planner (TAP). Students are required to meet with a TAG counselor after this workshop to submit a TAG.

PROGRAMS

Transfer Articulation Bridge

This is a joint concurrent enrollment program between Skyline College and SFSU designed to prepare first generation, low income, underrepresented students for transfer to SFSU.

Transfer Admissions Guarantee (TAG)

The TAG Program offers students guaranteed admission to six of the UC’s that participate in the TAG program. Qualified students must satisfactorily complete UC and college/major specific TAG eligibility requirements to be guaranteed admission to a UC campus one year prior to transfer.

T r a n s f e r S e m i n a r sNew and continuing students are recommended to register

and attend one Transfer Seminar before they arrive to twenty completed units. Transfer Seminars will help

students understand the process of transfer, leading to effective and efficient coursework and transfer planning.

University of California (UC) Majors and Career Exploration WorkshopsUC Davis TOP Coordinator, Mayra Escobar, hosts this workshop to explain academic programs at UC campuses. This workshop overviews career outlook, and demystifies academic major and career trajectory myths.

Transfer SeminarsAll new and continuing students who have expressed an interest or motivation to transfer are highly recommended to attend one Transfer Seminar. This workshop will help students understand transfer requirements, and university transfer admission policies, and transfer coursework preparation. This workshop will lead students to develop an effective and efficient transfer plan in consultation with counselors, and student resources.
