Did you know that AIESEC in Russia, Ukraine and Poland created the project MOST, which is supposed to break the prejudice between these nations? And

with this project they won the most innovative project - global award?

I meant what I said, and I said what I meant. An AIESECer is faithful, one

hundred percent! Do you know the fairy-tale about Horton and egg?

This story is about the elephant called Horton. He was asked by a bird if he can watch and guard his egg. Horton agreed because he wanted to help to the bird. So he guarded the egg. The bird was pretty lazy and he never intent to go back to take the egg. But Horton wanted to keep his word. So he was waiting and guarding the egg. There was storms, blizzards and a hurricane, but nothing could broke Hortons loyalty. Even when other animals went to him and laughed, how stupid he is, he did not step back and gave up. He was persistent to his task and his given responsibility. He said to other animals: I meant what I said, and I said what I meant. An elephant’s faithful, one hundred percent!

Some years after, the bird came back and he wanted to take the egg back. Horton was really sad and he did not want to give it back in first moment but after a while he realized that his goal was to just guard the egg for a bird. So even he was really sad he was prepared to give the egg back to the bird. But do you know what happened?

Look at the picture and think about, how amazing and beautiful things would happen if we would be persistent, loyal and faithful as Horton towards the responsibilities which were given to us just for this term J

Exchange performance August 2015 - GIP

Nullam suscipit neque in ligula. Duis lectus. Curabitur ornare, magna iaculis sodales placerat, nisi tellus sollicitudin sapien, eu cursus pede justo

ut nulla. Nullam in magna adipiscing ipsum fringilla iaculis.

iGIP did it again and it has the best results in the history of this entity. Thank you. You are just proving to this entity what does the excellence means J I hope that next month there will be more LCs contributing to the results J

As we can see we did not move with oGIP anywhere from the last month, so I hope we will find some way how to grow in this programme on SFM.

Exchange performance August 2015 - GCDP

Well, lets wait for September and we will see :D

oGCDP still sucks and is dropping a big time. Summer peak is over so we can hope for winter peak and that the next generation will be nice to us and will send some EPs in June 2016.

ELD overall

Well in the terms of results, August was really catastrophic for us. We managed to drop almost 50% and that is something what I even could not dream off.

Short term pain of accepting the truth is much better than long term pain from believing an

illusion. (I hope that I will be allowed to change this quote next month)

Customer care – conversion rates

The technical side of our customer care is still really not good. Here is an article where they are explaining why is good to have CRM in organization. So check it out, and those who will tell me what is in operational part of CRM I will buy a beer when I will see you. cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Řízení_vztahů_se_zákazníky

I am not putting here the ICX conversion rates, because there is huge mess in opportunity CRM and in our company CRM as well. So it actually does not make sense together. So please remember on moments how pissed you were on your predecessor, because he had mess in his data and you could not use them properly because they were not valid and realize that we are doing exactly the same thing to our successors.

HR – productivity

Well here we can see that not filling the data is not just a problem of ICX or OGX but TM as well J

So again realize that it is important for us to have it filled on time but what is even more important that we are creating data for the future generations that they will actually how many people we had in these years.

CEE region – focus entities

Again our biggest problem which we can solve now is oGIP, so approach those people from the entities which are really good in this programme. (Russia, Ukraine, Romania) And ask them what is their excellence about and on the other hand share our iGIP fun J And to lead by example, here are some sharings from MCPs of Ukraine and Serbia J

Before the last term over the past 5 years we were on the same level in terms of results. Starting from the last year we put oGIP as 1st focus program and build strong oGIP-MKT synergy on MC level (plus were pushing it a lot on LC level). We had a huge growth from LC Kyiv which became #1 LC in oGIP in 2014. Plus we have realized special project with Greece which brought big growth. Starting from this term we are focusing on developing the program in all LCs and what we actually have after first 2 months is that all LCs are bringing their contribution to the program. It worked out because of the way the work with LCs is build - they are managed in collaborative groups with the same realities by NST and MCVP. Plus we are focusing a lot on building oGIP culture in the entity so everyone is aware what is happening in this area plus we have very inspirational profile of MCVP and she is driving the culture of oGIP a lot. Moreover we have developed new business model for oGIP this term and really helps for EPs to match themselves and includes LEAD as well.

Our growth in GE came from a very simple reason. We agreed that we will run GE as a project, so we defined specific timeline, since we wanted to boost summer(July realizations), we had targeted the companies, prepare structures in all LCs and set entity partnerships. Just in July we realized 36 experiences and all of them were marked good both from side of TN takers and from participants. Now we are preparing second round of project, so we are expecting results in November this year.

So who is going to match some GEs with Serbia in Q4 hmm? J

oGIP – what about to start to build something like this? J

AIESEC Czech Republic August 2015 performance report Q3 2015

This month I put there more strategical, national GCPs. Because I want you to see how can this collaboration as one really work. And what it can bring very fast.

It can bring really huge and beautiful impact in our country. But it never cant happen when even one of us wont follow it. We really need to be sure 100% that this is what we want. Every one of us needs believe in it very deeply and be passionate about it. This is the only way how it could

work J

And if we will be able to build this environment we will become this youth movement which is united and is here to change something J

Because look what is happening around us, the situation of these cultural misunderstandings are now really alarming. In my personal opinion this is exactly why AIESEC was founded to

prevent situations like this. And it is not just a problem of Europe now. Look what is happening between Venezuela and Colombia now for example etc.

So this needed urgency is here and is very significant. So lets just find a ways how we can start to help to this with activities which we are doing. And it is again not rocket science. I can mention Adrian - LCP of AIESEC Olomouc which matched as many Muslim people for EDISON as he

could. Or Jeremy - LCP of AIESEC Plzeň who presented this issue on Prvákoviny. And he pissed actually the audience on that event but it does not matter. What matters is that they stand for the essence of AIESEC. And that is something what I really admire and I am very thankful

for that.

So lets create more of the stories like this and change this country together !

Stay Immortal!

And Lets Smash the Q4 like never before! J

To be more systematic, here are the priorities which we should work on in Q3 (you still have 2 weeks to go so show off :P) :

Customer care – MoS: conversion rates LEAD implementation – MoS: standards fulfillment

Newies RCTM – preparation and execution in September – MoS: retention

rate after induction
