There is Plenty of Room
in our Church!

We’ve celebrated Mass for eight weeks in our
Church. It has been wonderful seeing each other
and worshipping together. Our volunteer
Welcoming Committee has done an outstanding
job guiding parishioners to seats, assisting with
the orderly flow of people for Communion, and
sanitizing the surfaces of the Church following
each Mass.

We have ample room for more people at each
Mass on the weekend. We also have the Parish
Center set to seat an additional 30 people who
will be able to view Mass live and receive
Communion at the end, as done in the Church.

Daily Mass still has ample seating also. For
those who are uncomfortable attending on the
weekends, you may want to consider a weekday
morning Mass.

We look forward to welcoming more of you when
you are comfortable coming back to Church.

Please visit our website for more information.
ChurchofStsPeterandPaul.org
Volunteers are needed
to help with cleaning and
sanitizing the church on Saturdays
before / after baptisms and funerals.
Duties include wiping down the pews and
heavy-contact surfaces.
Cleaning supplies and gloves are provided.
Please contact
the Parish Office
at 856-589-3366
if you would like to help.
Faith Formation
Our summer intensive faith formation program was much
different this year. The catechists and aides prepared classes
remotely for our children about their faith, prayed with them,
taught them about certain Saints and Bible stories, engaged
them in conversations and created crafts all via Zoom sessions.
The overall theme of our program this year was “Faith, Hope
and Love” focusing on how to make the world a better place.
Sharing their devotion, faith and time with our children and
parents, these catechists and aides should be thanked
tremendously and congratulated.
Thank you with all my heart and God’s blessings to:
Dina Bourquin / Manuela Martino - grade 1
Jackie DeChristie / Lorraine Ruffino - grade 2
Tina Casale - grade 3
Trudy Ward / Joelle Monti - grade 4
Francesco Pinque / Liz Badurina - grade 5
Katheen Mitchell - grade 6
Toby Haley - grade 7
The children will continue to build their relationship with
Jesus Christ throughout the year as they participate in
intergenerational events including service opportunities and
catechesis.
Rose
FLAT JESUS
was a part of our summer intensive
faith formation program. The children,
grades 1 to 7, were encouraged to take Jesus
with them as they continued their summer activities.

Cremation and Proper Handling of Cremated Remain
Your Choices Don’t Stop With Cremation

Sadly, some of us have experienced the death of a loved one
during this COVID19 pandemic. Many have chosen to have their
loved one’s remains cremated, whether by choice or necessity.
Keep in mind, the Church’s teaching recommends cremated
remains be given the same respect and reverence as the full body,
as cremated remains are the body of the deceased in a changed
form and should be given the same respect. Cremated remains
should be buried or inurned on sacred grounds. With the
pandemic affecting so many, you may not have been able to bury
your loved one’s remains. It’s never too late to bury cremated
remains. The staff at South Jersey Catholic Cemeteries is here to
help and guide you.

When choosing cremation, there are many choices available
including: Ground Burial Granite or Glass Niches Crypts
Addition to Family Lot or Crypt Cremation Garden

Visit SouthJerseyCatholicCemeteries.org to learn more or call us
at 855MyPrePlan (8556977375) and a member of our staff will
gladly assist you.
