POOP SCOOP-N-RAFFLE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY!!!!! Drawing will be held at noon each day – you MUST be present to win.

Gift bags, T-shirts and sweatshirts, etc. can be picked up at the registration table. T-shirts, sweatshirts and sweatpants will be available for sale the day of the show in limited numbers.

IF YOU HAVE CONFLICTS WITH RING TIMES, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR RING STEWARDS. ARMBAND NUMBERS WILL BE HANDED OUT EACH DAY AT THE RINGS.

DEADLINE: ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED BY JUNE 30, 2019 OR BEFORE.

NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

How to Enter: Complete the appropriate entry forms found at the end of this book and check needs to accompaniment. No entries will be accepted without the 4-H Youth Development Agent and/or the leader’s signatures. These signatures verify that the vaccination certificates are up-to-date, and dogs have exhibited acceptable behavior.

Note: Entry blanks in each county shall be distributed by the leader or a 4-H Youth Development Agent in charge of the dog project. All entries from a county shall be submitted in one mailing from that county office or leader and with one check.

Be sure to add additional $5.00 charges for 2X and 3X sizes. Shirts will be available for pick up at the registration table the day of the show. There will be a LIMITED number of logo wear available the weekend of the show.

Designated County Crating Grooming & Kennel Area

We have the perfect place for your county to meet, groom, and kennel and just have fun while waiting for your class to start. Your space, 10’ x 15’, is room enough for several kennels, a grooming table and more. Reserve your space for just $30.00 for the entire three days

Raffle Basket and/or Class Sponsorship

We are asking each county that is participating in the State Dog Show put together a basket that will be raffled off and/or sponsor a class. Prizes will be awarded for the most creative basket. Class sponsorships will be acknowledged in the show catalog. Any 4-H member, leader, alumni, club, county group, or business may sponsor a class for the 2019 State 4-H Dog Show.

A $100.00 donation will sponsor an entire class, trophies, and rosettes. A $50.00 donation will help co- sponsor an entire class, trophies, and rosettes. Your donation is greatly appreciated. To ensure recognition in the catalog, please mail your sponsorship by June 30, 2019.
