As we move through Year 4 of Cook and Serve, we praise God and give thanks to Him for all of you and for the gift of serving alongside you! We want to once again say a very special thank you to God for the gift of Debbie and Mark Lognion who have been an integral part of Cook and Serve since day 1. What a gift we have all been blessed by, with the devotion and servant hearts of Mark and Debbie... We thank you for your loving service and we want you to know we all love you and your dear family so very much and you all remain in our prayers. We also want to thank all of you who have stepped in to organize the 1st Saturday Cook and Serve for April, May, June, and July! As of August 1st – the 1st Saturday Cook and Serve will be going to “Open” status until our new 1st Saturday organizers step in. We hope you will prayerfully consider committing to organizing the 1st Saturday Cook and Serve each month. Thank you LORD for your everlasting love and your unfailing kindness. Children's direCtorLUFKIN First United Methodist Church is looking for an
experienced Director of Children's Ministry. The candidate would
have a passion and commitment for sharing God's Word with
children. This ministry will be working within the Lufkin community
with children and parents. The candidate should be someone
who is called to children's ministry and be willing to pursue
