AUGUST 2013
Street Parking has become a nuisance for many of our neighbors and
visitors to our neighborhood. Be courteous and do not block driveways
or park where you prohibit the flow of traffic. With so many homeowners parking on the street it is critical we adhere to the law. It is illegal to park less than 30 feet from a stop sign, within 15 feet of a fire hydrant, or within 15 feet from a curb. Also, you must park facing the direction of
traffic. To maintain safety on our streets, we will notify law enforcement when these violations are noted. These offenses may result in a parking ticket from Harris or Fort Bend County law enforcement.
BE Aware: Per our Deed Restrictions parking cars, pick-up trucks or
any vehicle, on the front lawn of your home, whether you are a renter or a
homeowner, is NOT ALLOWED.
ATTENTION:The Semi-Annual Homeowners Association Meeting will be
held in October at the Mission
Bend Club House, located at
6945 Addicks Clodine Rd. All
homeowners are encouraged to
attend. Formal notice with date
and time will be mailed to all
owners in the future.
