REGULATORY COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that on or about August 21, 2015, Indiana-American Water Company, Inc. (the Company) will file with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission a revised schedule of tariffs to add a schedule of fees for water usage data provided to municipalities and sewer authorities as a basis for determining sewer usage fees.
