Audipack specializes in manufacturing transport- and flightcases for all kind of products.

Be it for rental & staging, endurance sports events or personal use. Large flat panels,

LED walls and other audiovisual equipment, sales representative demo sets or professional

racing team’s. Audipack designs and manufactures transport- and flightcases for all of these

and many other products.

Tech talk

Audipack products set a new standard for the

flightcase industry by combining state-of-the-art

CNC machinery with personal craftsmanship. All

components (handles, brackets etc.) are made

from a high quality materials.

Environment

All cases are produced keeping the environmen-

tal directive in mind. Audipack uses environment

friendly materials, like special interior bonding

glue, coatings and cleaning aids.

Next to environment-friendly wood types and

recycled materials, the end product is packed

with self solving plastic (resi) packaging material.

Case interiors

The interior of the transport or flightcase is one

of the important factors of safe transport of

your product. Also the convenience of placing

and removing the item from the case contribu-

tes to the ergonomics of the case. Audipack is

an expert in creating advanced interiors, when

needed. The Audipack interiors are used in the

Audipack cases, but are also suitable for other

shell-cases.

Options and choices

All cases are available in one of 14 standard

colours (page 25). Other colours and finishes are

of course available on request.

Audipack products are custom-made and are

available as a one-off or series production.

Special features such as motorized or hydraulic

lift systems and shock absorbers can be incor-

porated in the cases which can even be made to

water resistant specifications if required. All cases

can be finished to specific colours with special

graphics and logos to reinforce a corporate

image.

Packer®

The Audipack “PACKER”, a true revolution in

the transport case world!

The Audipack PACKER is the top of the range in small, ultra light custom made portable

cases and can be manufactured in almost every size. Besides it’s unique, modern design, the

Packer distinguishes itself from other cases by being extremely low in weight and available

with a multitude of colour options for the fittings as well as the cases.

The PACKER is the solution for transportation of all your valuable or vulnerable equipment where a

conventional flightcase is too heavy or bulky. The PACKER is manufactured by a computer controlled

process developed at Audipack using state of the art materials and components which are environmentally

friendly, non-toxic and completely recyclable.

The case interiors are custom made to customer specifications by punching or cutting to achieve the

desired shapes and shock absorbtion. Even brief-case interiors or ready-to-work notebook interiors are

available.

Design

The PACKER is suitable for items up to 8-10 kg.

The PACKER can be supplied in a number of

standard designs or alternatively, custom designs

are possible allowing the case to be used throug-

hout all branches of trade and industry for trans-

portation, presentation and demonstration of

fragile or valuable products.

The PACKER can be supplied with either standard

plain anodized profiles or special profiles

including black anodized.

“TOPLINE” an exclusive Audipack product to be seen with.

TOPLINE cases are custom made to Audipack’s exclusive, registered design, giving users an

opportunity to distinguish themselves from the rest.

The TOPLINE case is the solution for all branches of trade and industry.

For transportation, presentation and demonstration of valuable or fragile equipment.

Stylish

The TOPLINE case is not only lighter and more

stylish but also offers the strength and durability

normally associated with a conventional

transport- and flightcase case.

Available in wide range of standard colours at

no extra charge, and fitted with lightweight

fiberglass accessories, the TOPLINE case will

always look state-of-the-art. Whether a one-

off custom case or a series production, each

TOPLINE case is precision made using the latest

computer controlled processes developed within

Audipack’s own in-house facility. All components

are non-toxic and recyclable making the TOPLINE

a totally environmentally friendly product.

The case interiors are custom made to customer

specifications. The TOPLINE case is suitable for

protecting loads up to 35 Kg.

Solid frame SF7

“SF7”, economic slim and durable.

Audipack, the high quality case manufacturer for all branches of trade and industry.

The SF7 Flightcase design is made of using 7 mm. panel thickness and incorporates recessed

and surface mounted fastenings and handles.

Stylish

The SF7 also known as the Solid frame 7 is

comparable with the construction method of the

Topline Flightcase only suited with metal corner

parts and finishing’s instead of the modern

fiberglass accessories.

The flexible construction type offers many shapes

and sizes of the Flightcase but still offers a rela-

tively light weight transport case that meets the

requirements of intensive transport.

Just like any other transport or Flightcase the

interior is made to measure and adapted to the

equipment that needs to be transported.

The SF7 case is suitable for protecting loads up

to 35 Kg.

The SF7 cases may be manufactured in your own

corporate colour with company name and/or logo

printed on the case, reinforcing your corporate

identity with your products and services. Many

companies have standardized on TOPLINE for

their own use and others offer TOPLINE cases

as standard accessories supplied with their own

manufactured products.

Heavy Duty

The flightcase design is made using 7, 10 or 19 mm. panel thicknes and incorporates recessed

or build-on fastenings and handles.

The transport case design incorporates surface mounted handles and fastenings.

The basics

The Audipack traditional build heavy duty trans-

port & flightcases are the well known fundamen-

tal cases Audipack has build for more than 25

years. This range of flightcases are mainly used

in AV rental and pro-audio applications. From

LED video walls to high end video camera’s; the

Audipack heavy duty flightcases stand for their

job. This concept of cases is available in a wide

range of possibilities. Shock absorbed racks

suitable for hard drive components or other

fragile equipment.

Continuing product developments and latest

manufacturing- technology put Audipack at the

forefront of flightcase and transport case design

and manufacture.

The Flightcase design is made using several panel

Logos and decorations

Screening

The logo screening is one of the features

Audipack offers and can be performed on any

size transport or flight-case. The silk-screening is

an in-house process will be added on the

case-components during the manufacturing of

the transport and flight cases. Besides the wide

range of colour options a 3-colour screening per

image can be achieved.

Stickers

Different from permanent logo screening or

engraving Audipack also offers custom vinyl

stickers and digitally printed logo’s etc.

It is possible to supply the art work or let us

design your art work. From custom graphics to

simple warning signs, we have the experience to

design and apply with almost no design or color

limits.

Engraving

Another way of displaying your company logo or

safety signs, can be done by engraving.

With a CNC controlled production method, we

can engrave your company logo and safety signs

direct in the panels of the transport- or flight-

case. The advantage of this method is that the

logo’s are less vulnerable for scratches etc.

There is also the possibility to have this engra-

ving in a colour finish.

For expanding the corporate visual identity on the transport and flight cases, Audipack offers

logo screening, add - on stickers and engraving on your product.

By displaying your logo, signs and warning on the cases, recognition and right way of use of

the cases contributes to a better way of transport.
