First and foremost Audio Culture stands for good music.
We like to act as a filter for today’s electronic music fan, the key
element that must be present in anything we do, is originality.
Audio Culture looks towards the future, pushes boundaries,
and supports groundbreaking ideas and sounds.
What sets us aside from other ‘serious’ electronic music nights
is that we appease the two schools of clubbers: the ‘head’who
will go to a night based on a name or promised style, and
the ‘partyboy or girl’ who just want a soundtrack to their
unadulterated fun. A typical Audio Culture evening leaves both
parties tipping their glasses to a night of musical innovation
and party stimulation.

Audio Culture represents the pure undiluted AC experience.
A night for all with a focus on what is new whilst embracing the
classic. At Audio Culture we always invite international guests
and you will hear exclusive performances from the best of the
up and coming, playing for the first time in NL.

Awesome By Default is our NL only night where we go back
to Audio Cultures roots and present the finest and most
forward thinking Holland has to offer. It’s a night of madness!
Expect a sticky, sweaty mess of UK Funky, House, Dubstep,
Baltimore, Booty Bass, Garage, Techno, lasers, glowsticks,
unicorns, kaleidoscopes, web memes, cheap drinks, fun lovin’
people, Audio Culture DJs and their extended family.

Audio Culture Presents is a collaborative night in which we
work together with 3d parties who approach us to host a night
for them. Recently, AC hosted a label night at Amsterdam’s
Trouw venue for the Young Turks label, who are the home of
a hugely varied roster of artists like The XX, Holy Fuck,
El Guincho, Bullion and SBTRKT to name a few. The next event
planned in this series will be another label night. This time for
the hugely respected [NAKEDLUNCH] label which is likely to
feature performances from Martyn, Scuba, 2562 and Boddika.
Possible future event include label nights for 3024
and XL Recordings.

Every club in Amsterdam has a night that simply
represents quality electronic music. An umbrella brand that
is recognisable and synonymous with what is new and good,
without necessarily compromising quality with ‘big-name’
bookings. Trouw has 360 Soundsystem, Melkweg has Klinch
and Closer. Chicago Social Club will have Audio Culture.
We’re looking for a new ‘home’ for Audio Culture. A venue that
reflects the same commitment to quality as Audio Culture,
without being elitist.
