Quick start

Arkadin audio consoleThe easy way to enjoy sharing starts here!

With your personal Web Login and PIN codes you can start sharing right away from your web browser.

Keep your credentials close to you as you will need these to set up all your conferences.

Login instructions

Start your audio conference1. Go to www.anywhereconference.com

2. On the login page, click the ‘I’m a moderator’ button

3. Type in your Login or Web Login and Password or Moderator PIN code and click ‘Sign in’

4. You are now in the ArkadinLounge, your personal collaboration portal. Click ‘Start Audio Console’

Join your audio conferenceOnce logged into the web conference, a pop-up will invite you to select one of the following options to join the audio conference::

- Please call me*: enter your country and phone number and click ‘Call me’

- I will dial in myself: select your country and join using the phone access number and PIN Code displayed on your screen

- I will join using my computer (VoIP)*: click ‘Audio device settings’ the first time you use this option to test your headset or microphone and speakers. Use the softphone keypad displayed if you need to enter a second level passcode or contact customer service.

- I’m already dialed in: if you have dialed into the conference, enter the synchronization code displayed to streamline your audio and web sessions to improve the accuracy of the participant list.*This option will only be displayed if enabled on your account.

During your conference

Instant invitationCall a new participant

Enter the name, the country, the phone number and eventually some notes (title for example) of the participant you want to call. If the participant is already part of your Adress Book, the contact details will automatically be filled.

You can specify if you want the participant:

• To join as a moderator• To be added in the address book• To be intercepted by the moderator before joining the call

Invite by email

Three options are available to make an instant invite by email

1. Quick Invitation: enter the email address of the participant you want to invite, choose the email address you want the invite to be sent from and select the language of the invite. An automated email will be sent to the participant(s) in the chosen language.

2. Personalize & invite using your email program: a pre-populated invite will be opened using your default email program. You can then modify the subject line and content to send to the participants

3. Direct URL to paste into your email or chat message: this option will allow you to quickly paste the link to your meeting in any opened chat, email or other instant communication tool on your computer.

Moderator tools

• Re-open the Audio Pop-up

• Mute all attendees or your own line

• Place all attendees on musical hold

• Chat to moderators / presenters /all attendees

• Advanced moderator controls:– Lock conference access– Assign a billing code– Manage audio Q&A– Set participant privileges– Access address book– Manage entry & exit tone

Recording - Click on this icon to start the synchronized audio and web recording. A pulsing icon appears in

the bottom right hand corner when the conference is being recorded - You can pause or stop the recording at any time - To access your recording, go to the ArkadinLounge portal. You can download it as a WMV or MP3

file or distribute the link.

Manage your attendees

4. Phone number (if available)

5. Type of connection (dial-in, dial out, VoIP)

6. Join time

7. Role (participant, moderator, presenter)

8. Insert note

9. Mute

10. Additional options (intercept, place on hold, move to sub conference, move to the end of the Q&A queue…)

Start the a Question and Answer session Participant are automatically muted and can• Join the Q&A queue by typing 01 on the phone keypad• Cancel and leave the queue by typing 02 on the phone keypadModerator is granted with additional options• Participants will be unmuted in the order of the queue • All participants in the queue will be removed

Print the list of participantsThe list of attendees tab will be made available for printing including

• Participant Name• Phone number (if available)• Type of connection

• Join time• Role• Notes
