  • FEEDBACK

Feedback plays an important role in the communica0on process. If you get feed back then only you can be assured that the other person was ac0vely listening and that they understood what you said. Feedback is a method of knowing how the message is conveyed and has been interpreted by the audience. Without feedback the communica0on becomes one way communica0on and thus it does not lay grounds for taking the correc0ve measures.
