public. IFEMA offers a w ide rangeof materials and resources, w ith

needs of exhibitors. How ever, IFEMAreserves the right not to provide

services if available stock orresources are already contracted.

- Deadline for receiving service

applicat ion forms: one month priorto the celebrat ion of the fair.

- IFEMA reserves the right to renderservices requested outside the

established t ime period. If requested

services should be provided w ithin15 days prior the commencement of

the fair assembly, during theassembly or during the fair

celebrat ion, prices shall be increased

by 25%.- If a service should be cancelled

w ithin 15 days prior thecommencement of the fair assembly,

during the assembly or during the

fair celebrat ion, 40% of thecorresponding fee must be paid.

- If the modif icat ion of an alreadycontracted service is requested

w ithin 15 days prior the

commencement of the fair assembly,during the assembly or during the

fair celebrat ion, and saidmodif icat ion should be made, it shall

be billed as the cancellat ion of the

previous service and the contract ingof a new service after the deadline.

When the furniture is detailed

dimensions, it w ill be done so in the

follow ing manner:w idth x height.

CONTRACTED EQUIPMENT SHALL BE INSTALLED AND REMOVED EXCLUSIVELY BY

IFEMA-AUTHORISED PERSONNEL WHO SHALL SHOW THEIR CREDENTIALS PRIOR TO

UNDERTAKING THE SERVICE.

If any damage, loss or irregularity should occur to elements, the cost shall alw ays be charged tothe exhibitor.

For the correct placing of materials and supplies, it w ill be essential to send a map show ing theirdesired location, one month before the start of the exhibit ion, to fax number: 91 722 51 27 or

by e-mail: stecnica@ifema.es. If this is not received, it w ill be carried out according to IFEMAcriteria. The distribut ion of all the elements comprising the stand, the extra parts requested,

together w ith the structural elements needed to support the stand, w ill attempt to adapt to the

needs of the exhibitor, w henever technically feasible.

Stand services and accessories on plansAny stand services and accessories w hich are draw n on plans sent to IFEMA shall be deemed to

be definite orders and shall be billed at the set prices.
