Notice to PurchasersThis sale will be conducted in STERLING (£). Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse to issue a Bidding Number.
Buyers Commission / VATBuyer’s commission will be charged at a rate of 2.5% on Hammer Price. VAT will be charged on the buyer’s commission at 20%. VAT of 20% will be charged on the hammer price. This will be refunded to non-UK buyers upon receipt of export documents showing removal from the UK. For removal to other EU countries a valid VAT number must also be provided.
All new Buyers must provide the following in order to obtain a Bidder Number. • Photographic Identification e.g Passport/Driving Licence • Company VAT Number •Deposit-10%ofprojectedspendwithaminimumdepositof£10,000/€15,000viaE-payment,Cash, Bankers Draft, Debit or Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
Please note deposits will be returned on Auction day to those customers who have been unsuccessful in their bids.
