Individuals are allowed to contribute a maximum of $5,000 to NACSPAC per year. If you bid on an item that puts you over the maximum, you are agreeing to raise those funds from eligible and authorized individuals. Spouses can contribute $5,000. An eligible contributor is defined as an adult, U.S. citizen or someone lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the U.S. If you have an individual in mind who is willing to contribute to NACSPAC to help fulfill your pledge, let us know and we can check to confirm they are authorized. If they are not, we can authorize them before you ask for their contribution. All contributions/payments must be made from a personal account. Corporations and labor organizations are prohibited from making a contribution to the PAC by law. The amount given or refusal to give will not benefit or disadvantage the person solicited. This solicitation is intended for members of NACS. If you do not believe you were an intended recipient, please disregard this solicitation.
