plant and equipment as per the requirements of occupational health and safety regulations 2001. Neither the

auctioneer nor the vendor guarantees or warrants that any plant or equipment sold at this auctions sale is in

suitable condition to be used for any purpose whatsoever.

DELIVERY: No delivery will be permitted during the sale however limited delivery may be available at the

conclusion of selling.

Appointments to remove plant & equipment must be made through Steers immediately following the sale.

Before commencing to dismantle, purchasers must report to the engineer/supervisor on site. This is vital if oxy

cutting gear is to be used. Any asbestos encountered must be removed by the purchaser in accordance with

legislation and safety regulations governing its removal. In the interests of safety, certain lots will not be available

for immediate delivery. The auctioneer and/or vendor reserve the right to dismiss from the site any person who fails

to observe safety codes or does not comply with requirements of the engineer/supervisor.
