Classroom News

This Term in 3/4K we are learning how to write an Explanation. We have looked at the structure of the text and the language features used to make our writing more informative and descriptive. Yoonis Ali from 3/4K independently wrote an explanation on 'How to Play Snakes and Ladders'. He then typed it up using Microsoft Word. Below is his Explanation. Well done Yoonis!

An explanation on how to play snakes and ladders

Snakes and ladders is classic game, it is fun and not dangerous and don’t take it too seriously. Firstly, bring the game out. Before playing, you need a dice and two counters then get a friend. Then the first person rolls the dice. After, look and see what number you got then move the counter. Secondly, here comes the tricky part, now on your board there are snakes and ladders. The snakes are bad because they make you drop and the ladders are good news!!! They make you go high. Thirdly, now it’s your turn, snakes and ladders it’s easy, you just roll the dice then look at the number. The number you get is where you put your counter. Now you know how to play snakes and ladders. If you are bored you can play the snakes and ladders game with a friend. Enjoy!!! Written By Yoonis in 3/4K
