Provide assistance to the Project Managers who are using Clarity & other applications. To meet the SLA’S as per the set expectation. To work as Administrator to grant the access to Clarity & other application as per the desired request. To create Incidents in Service Now & Remedy to work on those Incidents as per the SLAS. To Create Work order in Remedy. Troubleshoot Microsoft Project Issue& Updating and Creation of project plans in MS- Project. Reporting & tool maintenance. Performs User Acceptance Testing for EPMT enhancements and defect fixes. Develop change documentation and release notes, and communicate to EMPT Users. Provide user and technical support to the tool users .
