    1 .Question you need to know (pg 51), while ZM & RA work with the worst attrition teams

    2. Calls of appreciation; MM/COO (for top 5 achievers) making phone calls to achievers on regular

    basis.

    Career & development strategies

    1. AM/SM training on (Decision making, straight talk,Talking Straight.pptmanaging for results, &effective meetings.

    2. Special training for SMSO+ FE (already in practice)3. Tuition assistance program (for HO + factory) already in place4. # of hours spend by each employee on training5. Written development plans for employees6. Yearly time tabled training programs for AM/SM.7. Atleast one major training for PM/BM/MM in a year
