Arts Development Fees
The annual Dia de los muertos event brings together various community members from the
local and broader community. The this cultural festival celebrates an important holiday
through the use of music, food, art, all while gathering people together.
The festival has a broad reach and gathers thousands of constituents from varoius parts of
the City. The development sites identified will be invited to particpate in the event.
