Origins of the Agency Partnership Scheme

The easiest way to explain the Agency Partnership Scheme is to explain a little about the background of the company and how we arrived at the position we are in today, where we are able to offer a full ATS solution in return for inclusion on your list of approved recruitment providers.

• In 1999, we launched Verticality Ltd. Offering a boutique recruitment consultancy service. Over the past 17 years they have developed a great reputation within the UK software vendor sector.

• In 2005, we launched EasyWeb Recruitment as a flat fee recruitment company to support customers looking to recruit directly.

• In 2012, we started developing recruitment software to support EasyWeb Recruitment’s client base. Our first ATS was launched, imaginatively called “EasyWeb ATS”.

• In 2015, we launched our second agency division, EasyWeb Agency.

• In 2016, we launched the second version of EasyWeb ATS. Implementation times reduced from 4 weeks to 1-5 days.

Agency Partnership SchemeWith two agency brands within our business and a very good ATS product, we took the decision to start offering the ATS product for free to certain customers in return for inclusion on their list of approved recruitment suppliers. Although still in its infancy this new agency partner scheme has received a positive reaction with several successful engagements already in place.

Easily review the applicants answers (1) and CV (2) all on one screen. Then choose to update their status (3) and potentially trigger an automatic email or rate (4) the applicant.

INTERVIEW SCHEDULING

You can schedule interviews for multiple candidates in one simple 3 step process. These are then viewable in your interview calendar which shows all interviews booked.

INTERVIEW INTEGRATION WITH HIRING MANAGERS CALENDARS

Emails are sent that include calendar appointments for hiring managers. When the appointment is added to their calendar it includes links to download the CV and Application form (1) and the message from the original email (2).

AGENCY PORTAL

Technology

Recruiters can easily release new jobs to agencies. Agencies get an email alert with each new job released to them. Then they can log in, review the details of a job and withdraw & submit applicants.

PUBLISH JOBS

Technology

A simple 5 step process is completed to publish a vacancy. The final step is to choose your publishing options. You can publish to your website, intranet, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Indeed and Universal Jobmatch (Jobcentre). You can also release the vacancy to job alert registrants.

FORWARDING VIA EMAIL OR USING THE HIRING MANAGER PORTAL

You can choose to release an applicant’s CV & PDF application form to managers via email OR shortlist applicants for the hiring manager(s) to login and review, rate, add comments and change statuses.

REPORTS

Technology

The ATS comes with standard reports. 20+ additional reports are due to be added in March 2017. This update will include costing reports and time to hire reports.

THE FUTURE

Technology

Every 2 months a new release of the ATS occurs and several new features are made available to our customers. We have big plans for 2017 and beyond. You can see the coming features on our customer roadmap which can be found here.
