OF THE ATP WORLD TOUR
SINCE THE INCEPTION OF THE EVENT IN 1970 IN TOKYO, THE ATP FINALS HAVE BEEN HELD IN SEVERAL LOCATIONS AROUND THE WORLD. AFTER NINE HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL YEARS IN LONDON DURING WHICH THE YEAR-END CHAMPIONSHIP HAS ESTABLISHED ITSELF AS ONE OF THE WORLD’S LEADING ANNUAL SPORTING EVENTS, THE ATP IS CONSIDERING OPTIONS TO POTENTIALLY RELOCATE THE TOURNAMENT FROM 2021.
The ATP, assisted by Deloitte, is undertaking a process to identify a potential new host location for the tournament from 2021. Interested parties are invited to apply to host this world-leading sporting event.

253,642 fans attended the 2017 tournament, taking the nine-year attendance since the event was moved to The O2 in 2009 to more than 2.3 million.

The bidding process to host the ATP Finals from 2021 is supported by the Sports Business Group at Deloitte on behalf of the ATP, and interested parties are invited to request an Expression of Interest form by emailing [email protected].
After returning the Expression of Interest form to Deloitte, you will be provided access to the full set of bid documentation via a unique online ShareFile system onto which you can also securely upload your bid. The bid documentation will include full details of the process that all applicants will be required to follow.
Whilst a suggested tournament operating model and guidelines will be provided in the bid documentation, the ATP is adopting a flexible approach and will welcome innovative bids to host the tournament, provided its world-leading status will be maintained.
Candidates will then have until Friday 2nd November 2018 to complete their applications and pay the bid administration fee.
