QUARRY YARDS (www.quarryyards.com)One of the largest contiguous land parcels remaining in ATL at over 70 acres. Phase 1 may include 850+ MF units, 575,000 sf of Office, 75,000 sf of restaurant/retail space and a 300 key hotel. Planned opening is Q2 2021

THE WORKS (www.theworksatl.com)An 80 acre adaptive mixed use development in theheart of Atlanta’s Upper Westside. The overall master plan calls for 350,000 sf of retail and entertainment space, 500,000 sf of office space, 500 residences, 200 hotel room and 13 acres of green space. Phase 1 is currently under construction and scheduled for openings in early 2020.
