SSAT registration and login instructions

• Go to https://identity.ssatuk.co.uk/UserAccount/Register

• Choose a username, and fill in the rest of the form.

• When you have filled in all the boxes, click Register.

The next stage will take up to a minute while records are created for you.

This document gives you guidance on how to:1. Register your user account and log in to the SSAT website for the first time

2. Log in to the SSAT website using an existing SSAT Single Identity

3. Log in to KHub SSAT online communities using an existing SSAT Single Identity

1 Register a user account and login to the website for the first time

When complete you should see a screen like this:

IMPORTANTPlease use the email address at which you have received this SSAT information – this email address will match you with your membership

details. If you use a different one you will not have access to your full range of membership resources.

• Please check your email account. You should see an email like this:

Click on this link.

• Please click on the link to confirm your email address, which will take you to a screen like this.

• Enter the password you created earlier and click Confirm Email.

You should then be taken to a page like this.

• Click the link to log in to the SSAT website.

You will be offered a page like this.

• Fill in the username and password you created, and click Login – once your username and password have been checked you will redirect (on this first login only) to a terms and conditions page.

• Please read and accept the terms and conditions, at which point your browser will redirect to the SSAT website.

• On the website, click the Login drop down in the usual way.

• Choose the Login with SSAT ID button.

2 Login to the SSAT website using an existing SSAT Single Identity

You will be redirected to a page like this.

• Fill in the username and password you created, and click Login – once you have been authenticated your browser will redirect to the SSAT website.

• Go to https://ssat.khub.net/

• Click the down arrow next to the ‘sign in’ button.

• Pick the Sign in with SSAT option.

A new window will open with the SSAT Single Identity login screen.

3 Login to KHub SSAT online communities using an existing SSAT Single Identity

• Log in with your username and password.

• If this is the first time you have used KHub, you will see their terms and conditions – please read and accept these.

You will then be redirected to KHub. If this is the first time you have logged in, you will be asked for your profile details.

The graphic (right) shows you the home page in the SSAT KHub Network – this will change regularly depending upon the information that we need to bring to your attention!

See the option in the top right hand corner Show all groups – which will lead you into display of all the groups operating in the SSAT KHub Network (eventually). Some of the groups will be open to SSAT membership while others will have restricted membership for supporting programmes of professional development, conferences and events and specific collaborative work.

If you scroll further down the SSAT Network home page, you will in time, see a list of Featured and Popular groups – these lists may provide quick access to the groups of interest to you.

There are two further pages currently in the SSAT Network – About and Getting Started. The latter page will offer some guidance on what the various elements of the groups offer and how to get the most out of their functionality.

We hope that your online and collaborative experience within the SSAT KHub Network will be of value to your teaching and/or leadership practice. A successful online community – one in which ideas, practice, thinking and knowledge are developed and shared – requires your regular contribution!
