Welcome to the St. Paddy’s Day DASH 5K!Welcome to the St. Paddy’s DASH race! Prepare to enjoy yourself, things may be different this year, but we promise to bring you the best of St. Paddy’s Day in Funky Town. The route is nice and mostly shaded. There will be lots of green and beautiful views. Prepare to party and enjoy the St. Paddy’s Day Shenanigans! Cheers!5K Runners/WalkersThe 5K will enjoy the open road on Forest Park and then enter the tree-shaded Trinity Trails area, returning to the always cool Panther Island.

Bag Check In the parking lot by the main stageLook out for the Two Men and a Truck Box Truck. They will be our Bag Check Hosts and store your gear.

COVID-19 RACE GUIDELINESAll Run Project Staff, Volunteers and Vendors will be wearing masks and we hope you will follow our lead.

● We will be following our COVID-19 Protocols, but will not be taking temperatures at this event.

● All participants must wear a mask in the corral and at the start line. You may remove your mask after you cross the start line.

● Everyone will be asked to distance themselves inside the corral and around the venue area.● The Water Stop will be self serve. We encourage you to bring your own water.● The corrals will be self seeding, based on your pace group.

● Spread out to hang out after the race. We Encourage everyone to wear a mask at this event.● Unregistered runners will be asked to register on their phones and then proceed to packet pickup.

Please arrive in plenty of time to park. There is limited parking near the venue.

Please be patient and kind when parking. The parking lot is not stripped well and it will be up to you to park in a orderly manner.

Henderson Bridge entrance will be closed.

Purcey St. Entrance (Entrance A) will close at 7AM.

Entrance B will be open throughout the morning of the race, but will be the ONLY ENTRANCE AFTER 7AM

Should the lots become full, you will need to find space on the streets

FINISH, AWARDS & RESULTS● Don’t forget to collect your medal past the finish line. ● Grab & Go Goodies will be offered at the conclusion of the event: Hint Water, Reign, Pickle Juice & FREE Sam

Adams Wicked Easy & TRULY. (for participants over the age of 21 - BRING AN ID). ● Results will be posted online. ● The Overall CASH Awards will be announced at the main stage in the following categories:

○ 1st place overall male/female- $1,000 cash ○ 2nd Place overall male/female- $500 cash ○ 3rd place overall male/female- $250 cash ○ 1st place masters male/female- $250 cash

● Age Group Awards will be handed out at the packet pickup area starting around 8:45am● Age Group Categories:

○ Top 3 Male & Female finishers in the following age groups: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70–74, 75–79, & 80+Awards will not be mailed.

● You also have a QR code on your bib that will take you to the results page.

CONTESTSDONUT EATING CONTEST 9:00 AM

Participants will have 30 seconds to eat 24 donuts. The winner will be determined based on who eats the most donuts within the 30 second timeframe. A sign up sheet will be available at the Run Project tent. The contest will take place following the 5K. The winner will receive a Raising Canes Gift Basket.

TUTU CONTEST 9:15 AM

Prepare to don your most swanky St. Paddy’s Day tutu and show it off on stage. The best St. Paddy’s Day Dash tutu will be determined by the loudest applause at the completion of the 5k. The Sign up sheet can be found at the Run Project Tent. The winner will receive a Raising Canes Gift Basket.
