together, he gave me some allowances for different options, and then we scheduled the work. Three days later, he sent me an email with 3-D designs and everything. That really impressed me.”

She also appreciated that he was in “constant contact” with her during the whole process. Whenever a small issue arose, she called Jim and his crew got right on it.

“He told me that communication is key to him. That won me over,” Jo admits. “He always called me back, and he always replied to my texts.”

For ReNew, that’s not unusual—that’s exactly how they like to get the job done.

“I’ve organized a good team over the years and I don’t accept anything less than the best. They do excellent work,” Jim says. “The key is communication. You have to respond right away.”

Jo loved the way Jim kept in touch with her throughout the process, but she really loves the finished product. She was impressed with his suggestion to install the cabinets all the way to the ceiling for added storage, utilizing crown molding for a professional decorator’s touch as well as his helpful color suggestions.

ReNew ripped out the old cabinets and installed new ones,. The quartz countertop

is sleek and spacious and the backsplash that Jim helped pick out completes the look.

“He had other advice to utilize the space best in the kitchen,” Jo adds. “Jim reworked the configuration some to better accommodate my bistro table and chairs. Now it’s a space where I want to drink my morning coffee.”

In all, the work went quickly from start to finish. Now Jo’s at the best stage of a remodel project—enjoying it! She enjoys cooking in the new kitchen and hosted family during the holidays.

For Jim, it’s another job well done, something that never gets old for him or his crew. They take pride in every single assign-ment, and he’s more than happy to guide his clients every step of the way.

“You have to have that vision of what the final product is going to look like,” Jim explains, “and the product knowledge to get the job done.”

Jo would definitely recommend Jim and his crew from ReNew for anyone look-ing to remodel a kitchen or bathroom. His work was superb and he kept everything well within budget.

“I love the way Jim re-designed my kitchen and bathroom,” she says. “Both spaces have a much better look now. I was really pleased with his suggestions.”
