First ATC console we have designed and installed in 1991 with idea to provide new generation of ATC system with ergonomic working position.

Since them we provide unique consoles designed and customized to wishes and needs of each client.

Consoles designed to provide ATCO personnel with highly ergonomics and comfortable workplaces while respecting 24/7 requirements for operation and seating; integration of existing CNS equipment used by client already and modularity for next updates.

Numerous designs and modifications are available and have been proven in many ATC centres (TWR, APP, ACC, ARO, SAR, ATC training centres), Mobile ATC TWRs, Air C2 centres and mobile AC3 units, Airport terminals and Process control rooms (Industrial process control, Electricity/GAS control utilities, Telecommunication…).

All consoles provide modular and scalable configuration with built-in racks or in elegant slim configuration and equipment frames, desktop elevation engines driven and other fittings.

Configuration

Construction respects high 24/7 demands for ATCOs. Materials used lasts high hygienic, mechanical, chemical, fire resistance standards. Unlimited life cycle is granted ma material used: Console framework of metal skeleton; finished from hardened plastics, such us Corian™, HiMacs®, HPL used for ultimate applications (hotel, kitchens, hospitals). Luxury marble-like appearance, soft-to-touch surface, thermal stability meeting hygienic, mechanical, chemical, fire resistance standards.

Consoles structural design renders the advantage of modularity and possibility of consoles’ configuration variations. Shape and size of the furniture are modified or redesigned by customer’ concept and adjusted to a particular site, equipment-in-use, resulting is wide scale of different design.

Number of features are available for console functionality: shape, size and arrangement of the console desktop; adjustable desktop elevation; variety of monitor’s arrangements; keyboard housing; lighting positioning and type; strip holders/bays design; frames, holders, LCD arms, built-in drawers, illuminated panels, foot pads, etc. …

Non-standard size and non-rack-mounted equipment can be installed (e.g. older ADF modules…).

Consoles are capable for later modifications and installation of another equipment by user itself.

Consoles are available for transportable and mobile applications for containers and trucks integration.

As optional accessories provided for turnkey solutions can be delivered rugged chairs for 24/7 operations in different configurations, with adjustable headrest, armrest, backrests, rockers tension and adjustment,… in cushion variety and covering of optional colours.
