Terms & Conditions

• A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of £5 per person for lunch and £10 per person for dinner or party night is required within 14 days of making your booking. If no deposit is received within this period, the date(s) will automatically be released.

• Only one method of payment per party will be accepted. Multiple cheques or credit card payments will unfortunately not be accepted.

• Final payment and menu choices must be received at least 1 month prior to your booking. Parties booked after 1st December must be paid in full at the time of booking.

• Cancellations of confirmed bookings will result in loss of deposits.

• The management reserve the right to make alterations without prior notice.

• The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate any events to ensure appropriate numbers.

• Guests may be seated on larger tables to ensure a balanced table plan.

• It is strictly forbidden for guests to bring their own alcohol/food into the hotel. The management reserve the right to confiscate/charge for items.

• Children are classified as 4 years to 12 years of age. Children under 4 years of age are free.

• For accommodation bookings, a £25 per couple, non refundable, non-transferable deposit is required within 7 days of making a provisional booking for the residential packages.

• For New Years Eve bookings, a £20 per person, non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required within 14 days of making a provisional booking for the dinner ticket only. A £75.00 per couple, non refundable, non-transferable deposit is required within 7 days of making a provisional booking for the residential packages.

• If any event has to be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, the hotel will rearrange the event for a more suitable date.

• Any reservation made is taken with the understanding that these terms and conditions have been read and accepted by all persons in the party or a representative.
