PCC Panel

We are the Manufacturers and Suppliers of PCC Panel which ensures desired breaking

capacities, temperature rise & IP protection. These panels are manufactured as per client's

specifications and requirements which will well meet with the industry demands.

Construction

Incomer ACB is assembled in single tier. However, up to 1600A OUTGOING ACBs can be

assembled in TWO Tier arrangements.

Similarly, 630A MCCB/FSU is accommodated in 3 compartments per bay, 250/400A feeders in

4 compartments/bays.

In TWO TEAR ACB FEEDER, the outgoing ACB links are made of different in length for easy

cable termination, depending on cable incoming. Also for bottom ACB, vertical dropper is taken

for ACB bus bar I/C Connection.

Finishes

quality finishing, all metal parts undergo thorough

chemical treatment for anti-rust and epoxy powder

adhesion. As standard, epoxy powder coating of 70

micron is applied evenly on all metal surface and oven

baked at an average temperature of 150oC.

Motor Control Center

FOR CONTROL WIRING:-

Nylon terminals are used with suitable accessories like TERMINALS HEADERS, MARKERS

STOPPER, and CT SHORTING TERMINALS etc.

Wiring bunch is laid down in PVC DUCTS and arranged to give double safety by using

SPIRAL/FLEXIBLE CONDUIT. All components are marked with INTERNAL LEGENDS;

legends are made out of trifoliate sheet to depict feeder designation even in rear cable chamber

also. Control circuit is powered by DRAW TYPE FUSE or MCB.

Automatic Power Factor Correction Panel (APFC Panel)

Most of the commercial and Industrial installations in the country have large electrical loads

which are severely inductive in nature, such as motors, large machines, air conditioners, drivers

etc. Which results in a severely lagging power factor. This means loss and wastage of energy and

heavy penalties by electricity boards. In case of fixed loads this can be taken care by manual

switching of capacitors.

However in case of rapidly varying and scattered loads it becomes difficult to maintain a high

power factor by manually switching on/off the capacitors in proportion to variation of load

within an installation. This drawback is overcome by using an APFC panel (Automatic Power

Factor Correction Panel) which not only maintains a high power factor but also eliminates the

need for constant manual intervention.

AHU Panel

Using our cutting edge technology we manufacture apex quality AHU Panel

which is a fuse less Type Two co-ordinated starter for supply Air Fans. Its fuse protected 24 V

supply for 3 way Mixing Valves, Fire Dampers & Interlocks for fire systems. Our AHU Panel is

equipped with the facility for remote operations. It becomes compatible with BMS through

potential free contacts.

PLC & AC/DC Drive Panel

We bring to our clients a wide range of drive panels that can be availed at industry leading prices

and also in customized specifications. These drive panels are used to monitor machines and

provides on – site operating control of machines. Designed as per set industry standards, our

range is offered at industry leading prices.

A Drive Panel is used to save the power in the industries where there is huge power requirement

like Sugar mills, Steel plants, Refineries, thermal power plants, etc. The Drives are available in

AC as well as DC options. These drives are PLC based and saves electricity up to 30%, which in

such large plants matters a lot. Drive panels are also manufactured for small machineries also

such as agricultural machines and synchronous machines.

DG Syncronising Panel

We are offering DG Synchronizing Panel which is based on load in KW. Hence the actual

sharing, starting, stopping & transfers are actual load dependent & not on any other unrealistic

parameter like voltage, current. etc. Changing of scheme becomes very easy because of changes

are made through software only. There is no changing of wires, adding of components like

relays, contactors, which is very time consuming, cumbersome & requiring additional space.

Along with KW sharing, KVAr sharing & PF sharing is very accurate, because of PLC

programming. There is no possibility of any unequal sharing as regards KW, KVAr & PF. For

any type of load addition or reduction, manual intervention as regards D.G.set operation is not

required. However, in case of emergency manual override is possible. Special programmers

using Real Time Clock (RTC) are possible. Because of KW dependent load sharing, optimum

utilization of D.G. sets are possible. This increases D.G. sets efficiency & saves lot of fuel.

D. G.sets are always tried to run with 80 % to 90 % load factor, where we get maximum

efficiency of D.G.sets. This is easily possible with our system.

AMF Panel

We are Offering of Automatic Mains Failure Panel including Protection for DG sets. It uses an

advance technology to make an easy and trouble-free Genset control.

Basic Operation Cycle

When there is mains supply, the AMF Panel will keep the load on mains, once the mains supply

fails, the AMF Panel senses this and starts the Genset. Once the Genset is found running, the

load is transferred to Genset supply. When mains resume, the load is transferred back to mains

supply and Genset is stopped.
