    Hereswhatpastattendeeshavesaidabouttheconference...

I attended the rst two events in Berlin and Brussels, and each

time I came back very positive and enthusiast about what I had

learned, the diversity o the people I met there, and the always

ruitul discussions. Plus the IFAI Advanced extiles conerence

is one o those events which make you eel like you are part o a

real proessional network, a community, with numerous, broad

expertise. It is like a special club... my club!

Pierre Deaux, Europe echnical Service Manager,Bluestar Silicones

A 09 in Brussels was hard to top. Te lectures were extremely

interesting, unveiling most recent technologies. Kudos!

Werner Zirnzak, Deputy Managing Director o the Germanassociation IVG and Secretary o the E CLUB (European

    echnical extiles Club)

Te personal enrichment I received through the conerence

was immense, an extremely interesting program and ascinating

people rom Europe and the U.S. Tis conerence really broadensyour intellectual horizon and thats what we all need to achieve a

competitive edge in our business. We at ransertex are ready or

new applications o our rotogravure printing technique. We are

constantly diversiying into new technical areas and we will now

evaluate the technical easibility or the new application areas that

    we have discovered.

Alexander Firmian, Sales Manager, ransertex GmbH & Co. Termodruck KG, Germany

Tis conerence gave me a great overview o the latest state-

o-the-art and progress in technical textiles technologies. I met

some o the key market players rom our eld o the industry. Te

networking opportunities were excellent and I am still ollowing up

with a couple o projects resulting rom the dierent lectures. Te

conerence was educational and inspiring - in any case worthwhile

    attending.

Sophie Bengyel, MarketingTextiles Europe, AIM - Textiles & LeatherDow Corning Europe S.A., Belgium

I salute the initiative o IFAI and IHOFMANN to create this U.S./

European networking conerence. I got a broad overview o the

initiatives in technical textiles and also had promising talks and

contacts that were urther developed since the conerence. Tese

discussions will help us enhance our ability to bring new products

with e-textile technologies to the market.

Qaizar Hassonjee, Chie Development and Commercial Ofcerextronics, Inc

I was impressed by the cross-sectoral audience coming rom

various application areas o technical textiles and the tremendous
