Asylum Seeker Assistance Project DONATIONS NEEDED
3/26/2019 Update: Thanks to the community’s generosity, we currently have as many diapers, sanitary pads, and kids’ toys as we currently need!
We can only use smaller-sized adult clothing. Please donate L, XL, and XXL items elsewhere - sorting them out is physically demanding and time-consuming. Thank you for your understanding.
You can now make an online monetary donation directly to our effort.

a specific program,” and find Asylum Seeker Assistance on the drop-down list.
CLOTHING:
Men’s clothing. Size XS/S/M only. 33” waist and smaller
Women’s clothing. Size XS/S/M only
Kids' clothing (5T and larger)
Shoes (all sizes)
Underwear. New (unused) only. Adult sizes XS/S/M. Kids all sizes.
Socks. Gently used or new. All sizes.
Winter gear. Hats, mittens, scarves.
Belts!
Bras
All kinds of hats - sun, winter, beanie, etc. OTHER ITEMS FOR ASYLEES:
Backpacks
Micro-B (micro USB) phone chargers (some clients have phones but authorities confiscate all cables)
Tote bags
Reading glasses
Spanish-language children’s books + DVDs HEALTH ITEMS
Chapstick
Individually wrapped toothbrushes
Travel size toothpaste
Deodorant (women’s and men’s)
Small tubes of scented body cream (a small, fun luxury for women to use after showering)
MEAL SERVICE:
Paper plates
Disposable coffee cups - 12 oz.
Disposable cutlery (especially spoons)
Paper napkins
