• Qualification for these tiers are based on the point-of-sale data provided by ASUS authorized distributors in US and Canada in a rolling 3-month period.

• Qualification and tier status will be evaluated monthly.

• In the event that qualified purchases during any rolling 3-month period fall below the minimum level required for membership, your account status will become inactive and benefits will be suspended until membership is reactivated.
