ASUFA

ASUFA inventory refers to Attributing Success or Failures.

It is developed by the efforts of Dr. Udai Pareek . Attribution of Success and Failure Inventory (Asufa) assesses your attribution thinking – to what you attribute success and failure to (internal or external, and the stable or variable factors).

• Distribution of marks is done on personal & non personal factor both in internality & externality.

• Internality-A competent person who have control over outcome & take personal responsibility for their success or failure.

• Externality- a less competent person who attribute the outcome to external factor.

Internality can be perceived as related to either stable-(ability) or variable factor-(effort) Externality can be perceived as related to stable-(task difficulty or opportunity) - or variable-(luck or chance)
