Dear Gina,I think that you inserted wrong birth data in your computer.On September 23th 2012 in Elena, Bulgaria, there were GMT -2 and

no Daylight Saving Time, with a longitude of 25°53’ East and a Latitudeof 42° 56’ North.

Naturally the Sun, in Brazil, at the moment of your next Solar Returncan be only near the Ascendant and very far from noon!
