• With 35 participants com-prising of Emergency depart-ment heads and consultants, hospital administrators, quality managers, nurses and para-medics from Kerala, Tamilna-du, Karnataka hospitals, a 2-day implementation training program on NABH Emergency department excellence certifi-cation standards was held on 8th & 9th July 2017.

• Along with CAHO, we orga-nized a 3 days Basic CPQIH (Certified Professionals for Quality Promotion) course program for 30 delegates on
