World Class Program Awards Candidate Program Template This document should be used as the template for submitting in one or more categories of the World Class Briefing Awards for program categories. A one- page typed narrative for each World-Class Characteristic in the category or categories you are entering describing how your program demonstrates World Class achievement within the parameters of this template is required. You are not required to use the template document itself, but must follow the format. Your narrative may have 4-5 pages total (depending on the number of characteristics in that category). If you complete one characteristic in less than a page, you may start the next characteristic on the same page. 4. Voice of the Customer (VOC) captured during briefings informs larger corporate VOC initiatives, which may shape solutions development and business strategy.

5. A program experience strategy delivers an experience of your corporate brand and culture.

Analytics

1. A performance measurement strategy, designed to meet the needs of key stakeholders, measures success, drives improvement, and communicates the programs value.

2. Immediate or on-site feedback measures briefing impact.

3. Integrated planning, management, and reporting tools support briefing operations and provide meaningful insight on program effectiveness.

4. Sales closure tracking and delayed surveys quantify the briefing programs contribution to business results.
