CRAFTED TO PERFECTION Associate Laminates are made using the best technology for High Pressure Laminate (HPL) production in the world.
The laminate press line at Associate produces perfectly cured laminates with the highest standards of internal and surface properties. Every component of the machinery adds value to the finished end product - right from the world-class VITS impregnation machines to the best Swiss sanding machines that accurately maintain laminate thickness. From A-grade Kraft paper that is used as HPL base, to the resin and formaldehyde that is produced at our in-house set-up, every element of raw material is of the highest standards. The final product is stringently tested in our labs and quality control departments, which are the biggest and the best in the country.

By producing only E0 and E1 grade boards, we are one of the most eco-friendly plants in India today. Our facility incorporates a number of emission reducing, water saving and energy saving elements in our daily functioning to help reduce our carbon footprint. Also, our emission levels are consistently minimal and pollution parameters of delivery vehicles are always kept in check. A number of initiatives outside of the plant are undertaken as part of our efforts to give back to society – from extensive plantation activities and distribution of free seedlings to training programmes on corporate farming and social forestry for the farmers in the vicinity.
