Our job is to sell your property, allowing you to move into your home with the minimum of fuss and with the maximum possible price for your home.

Our comprehensive service includes:

• Assigning a Sales Manager who will be your dedicated point of contact

• Arranging valuations of your property by local estate agents

• Preparing a detailed valuation report designed to fully investigate the

local market place and ensure your home sells for as much as possible

• Instructing several of the best local estate agents to place your home

on the market, after you have decided on a marketing price

• Liaising with estate agents to ensure they are correctly and proactively

marketing your home, including providing you with a weekly report that

includes details of the agent’s activities, viewing feedback and marketing

recommendations

• Checking on the financial and chain status of anyone making an offer

on your home

• Undertaking bi-weekly security inspections of your home if it is vacant

• Monitoring progress after a sale has been agreed and liaising with solicitors

and all connected parties within the chain, including providing a detailed

weekly progress report.

We had been trying to sell for about 12 months but generally found the property market tobe very difficult in our area. We had changed estate agents on three occasions and despitetheir promises of lots of takers for our place, we had only one silly offer in the entire period.

retirement in the flat I love

I am in good health but I’m not getting any younger. The garden at my old bungalow seemed to be gettingbigger and bigger, so after talking to my daughters I decided that I should look at the possibility of movingto a smaller place that was easier to look after.

I was concerned about finding the right property to move to, and also about the process, as I did not want to feel rushed into something that we weren’t 100%happy about.

Then one of my daughtersfound a flat within a mile ofher - she took me to see itand I was smitten! The decorwas lovely and the ownershad refitted the kitchen; itwas also ground floor andhad a pretty little garden. I knew it would suit me just fine.

First, I needed to sell my bungalow. My daughters offeredto sort this out for me and asked Paul from Moving MadeEasy to call me. He arranged three local estate agents tovalue my home and called me afterwards to discuss whatthey had said. He was never pushy and explained myoptions clearly.
