expansion, we are currently seeking high caliber candidates for
the following
position :-
Assistant Training Officer (Training & Development, HR
Department)
Responsibilities:
Assis t to design and develop training and development programs
in timely and as professional
manner
Coordinate the training events and training materials
Provide related reports for management review
Conduct market research and provide training information
Provide administrative support and handle ad hoc HR projects
Requirements:
Degree holder in Training / Human Resources Management / the
equivalent
Minimum of 1 years relevant experience in Training / Human
Resources function(s)Detail-minded and good in analysis
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation
skills
Effective planning and organizing skills
Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Chinese word
processing, etc.
Fluent in written and spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and
English
