ASSISTANT TRAINING OFFICER (Ref. No.: 2/ATO/9JDB)
Reporting to the Assistant Training Manager, the incumbent is
responsible for organising and
coordinating training courses and activities, providing learning
and development solutions to frontline
staff by assisting in programme delivery and reviewing the
effectiveness to meet the programme
objectives, as well as preparing and updating quality training
materials and manuals. The job holder
is also responsible for the write-ups for an internal staff
newsletter. He/She will also be required to
handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management /
Training or equivalent
At least 2 years of relevant experience in sizable
organisations
Experience in coordinating and liaising with external institutes
or consultants to organise
training programmes will definitely be an advantage
Excellent command of both written and oral English and Chinese.
Fluent Putonghua is
preferredDetail minded, service-oriented, proactive and able to
manage multiple priorities independently
A good team player with excellent presentation and
inter-personal skills to communicate with
staff at all levels
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and
Chinese Word Processing
