experienced in implementing and managing Japanese and Chinese chain restaurants, such as

XiaMianGuan (夏麵館), Masamura Sushi (正村壽司), Nichigyu (日牛涮涮鍋專門店), Marugame

Seimen (丸龜製麵讚岐烏冬專門店), Saiyu Japanese Restaurant (西佑定食屋) & pasta marché

(Italian Casual Restaurant).

 Assistant Human Resources Officer/ Human Resources Officer 

Responsibilities:

Provide support in general Human Resources & administration functions;

Responsible for payroll calculation, tax reporting and leave administration;

 Assis t in recruitment and C&B administration;

Maintain the related HR systems;

 Assis t in organizing staff activities;

Support ad-hoc HR, training or Admin assignments;

Prepare regular reports and relevant analysis.

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines;

Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably with exposure in F&B, Catering or retail

industries;

Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & other HR related legislations;

Independent, detail-minded and proactive attitude;

Good analytical and interpersonal skills;

Highly proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word

Processing);

Good written and spoken English and Chinese.

(Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Human Resources Officer)
